Bringing Life Lessons to Life Through Puppetry.

Ridge School hosted an enriching “Life Lessons Through Puppets” programme led by Mr. M. Santhosh Kumar, an international ventriloquist, voice coach and TEDx speaker. Through puppetry, humour, interactive storytelling and engaging dialogue, he brought essential life skills to life for students in a truly memorable way.
The Primary School session, “Grow Up Right,” focused on healthy screen-time practices, personal hygiene, safe and respectful behaviour, and environmental responsibility. The Middle School session, “Be the Best Version of Yourself,” encouraged students to reflect on personal growth, gratitude, responsible conduct, climate awareness, and respect for parents, teachers and elders — alongside the importance of reading and writing.

Through these age-appropriate sessions, students were inspired to make discerning choices, cultivate positive habits, and nurture empathy, self-assurance and a profound sense of responsibility. By harmonising creativity with purposeful learning, the programme reaffirmed Ridge School’s commitment to holistic education, character development, student wellbeing and conscientious citizenship — equipping students with meaningful insights to embrace in their everyday lives.
